About this study
In plain language
This study tests whether nurse-led hypnosis before and during breast cancer surgery can lower the need for opioid pain medicines afterward. It compares hypnosis alone with general anesthesia (medicine that makes you sleep during surgery), with or without hypnosis. It is for adults having surgery on one breast.
To hypnosedation alone given before and during surgery on reducing opioid use after surgery compared to standard general anesthesia given alone or with hypnosedation.
Compensation is read from the study's own description and may be missing — always confirm with the study team.
