About this study

In plain language

This study tracks how safe GPP drugs are and how well they work. It is for adults with generalized pustular psoriasis (GPP), a skin disease that causes pus-filled bumps, who are under a skin care provider’s care.

Prospective, observational registry for subjects with GPP under the care of a dermatology investigator.Approximately 200 subjects and 75 clinical sites in North America will be recruited to participate with no defined upper limit for either target

Compensation is read from the study's own description and may be missing — always confirm with the study team.

Eligibility

Who can join

  • Have GPP diagnosed by a skin doctor or another qualified skin care provider.
  • Be at least 18 and old enough under local law to agree to the study procedures.
  • Be willing to agree to join the registry.
  • Be willing to share personal information.

Who can't join

  • Be in or plan to join a blinded trial of a drug that works throughout the body to treat or prevent GPP flare-ups. In a blinded trial, some people do not know which treatment is given.
  • Be enrolled in another CorEvitas registry for a skin condition. You must leave that registry before joining this one.

Simplified for readability. The official criteria below are what the study team uses.
