About this study
In plain language
This study tests a tool called PRIME that asks patients what matters to them and gives tailored feedback to patients and their care teams. It compares PRIME with usual care to see if patients feel their first treatment choices match their values. The study is for adults age 60 or older who are new patients at a blood cancer or bone marrow transplant/cell therapy clinic.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate whether a novel decision support tool called PRIME (Preference Reporting to Improve Management and Experience), which combines values-elicitation with tailored feedback to patients and providers, improves patient-reported values-concordance of initial treatment decisions compared to usual care.
Compensation is read from the study's own description and may be missing — always confirm with the study team.
