- Compensation
- Not stated
- Study-related exams and procedures are typically provided at no cost. This is how many trials work in general — confirm the details for this study with the study team.

About this study
In plain language
This study tests whether a personal referral to a nutrition and exercise program helps cancer survivors eat healthier and be more active. It is for people who have finished treatment for breast, prostate, colorectal (colon or rectum), or lymphoma (lymph system) cancer. Healthcare providers can also take part in interviews.
The purpose of this study is to see if survivors of breast, prostate, colorectal or lymphoma cancer who receive a personal referral to a targeted nutrition and exercise program will be able to eat a healthier diet and be more physically activity.
Compensation is read from the study's own description and may be missing — always confirm with the study team.
