About this study

In plain language

This study tests fecal microbiota transplant (FMT) for people with Parkinson's disease. FMT transfers microbes from stool into the gut. The study looks at whether it may improve quality of life and reduce Parkinson's symptoms.

FMT may significantly improve quality of life and Parkinson Disease (PD) symptom severity measurements. We hypothesize that gut microbial dysbiosis is a major contributing factor in Parkinson's disease.

Compensation is read from the study's own description and may be missing — always confirm with the study team.
