No one can promise a trial will help you personally — that is what the research is trying to find out.
What participation involves
Not stated in the study description — ask the study team about visits and procedures.
- Compensation
- Not stated
- Study-related exams and procedures are typically provided at no cost. This is how many trials work in general — confirm the details for this study with the study team.

- Your participation helps researchers learn whether this approach could help future patients.
About this study
In plain language
This study tests whether an at-home MMT device treatment is safe, practical to use, and helpful. It is for people age 16 or older with thinking or memory problems linked to conditions such as brain injury, Long COVID, ME/CFS, or Alzheimer's disease. Results will help researchers plan larger studies.
The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and feasibility of an at-home MMT treatment in patients with cognitive dysfunction related to acquired brain injury, Long COVID, traumatic brain injury, myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME/CFS), and other neurodegenerative diagnoses including but not limited to Alzheimer's disease and to collect data on safety and efficacy to inform the design of larger clinical studies.
Compensation is read from the study's own description and may be missing — always confirm with the study team.
