About this study
In plain language
This study tests whether a diabetes app plus food counseling from a registered dietitian can improve blood sugar, cholesterol, and quality of life. It also looks at physical activity and food and drink choices. It is for adults ages 18–75 with type 1 or type 2 diabetes who use a Dexcom blood sugar monitor.
The purpose of the study is to see if using a diabetes app along with nutrition counseling from a registered dietitian nutritionist can help improve blood sugars and cholesterol levels, quality of life, physical activity, and food and beverage choices.
Compensation is read from the study's own description and may be missing — always confirm with the study team.
