About this study
In plain language
This early study tests whether a self-guided mindfulness program on a mobile device is safe and practical to use. Mindfulness means paying attention to the present moment. The program aims to reduce pain after a C-section and prevent depression after birth in women with a history of depression.
This phase I clinical trial tests the feasibility and safety of a self-guided, mobile mindfulness-based intervention to reduce post-cesarean pain and prevent postpartum depression.
Compensation is read from the study's own description and may be missing — always confirm with the study team.
