About this study
In plain language
This study tests a mindfulness program sent by text to help reduce depression symptoms. Mindfulness means paying attention to the present moment. The study is for people with breast, prostate, or colorectal cancer who finished their main cancer treatment within the past 2 years.
The purpose of this study is to develop and test a new intervention to reduce depressive symptoms in post-treatment cancer participants.
Compensation is read from the study's own description and may be missing — always confirm with the study team.
