What participation involves
Not stated in the study description — ask the study team about visits and procedures.
- Compensation
- Not stated
- Study-related exams and procedures are typically provided at no cost. This is how many trials work in general — confirm the details for this study with the study team.
- Participants are monitored closely by the research team throughout the study.

- Your participation helps researchers learn whether this approach could help future patients.
About this study
In plain language
This study looks at how sex hormones and exercise relate to body fat and health in men. It focuses on normal weight obesity, which means having a normal weight but too much body fat. It also tests different types of exercise to improve body fat, muscle, and heart and metabolism health.
The overall objective of this project is to advance understanding of the causes of normal weight obesity (NWO) in men, namely the hormone profile and related potential mediating mechanisms, and the efficacy of different modes of exercise to restore body composition and cardiometabolic health in this population.
Compensation is read from the study's own description and may be missing — always confirm with the study team.
