About this study

In plain language

This small study tests a weight loss program that helps young adult college students make small changes in their habits. It is for students with overweight or obesity. The study will look at how students feel about the program and whether it leads to weight loss that matters for health.

This pilot randomized controlled trial will examine a behavioral weight loss intervention that uses a "small change" approach fro emerging adult college students with overweight/obesity. The primary aim is to assess student acceptability and clinically-meaningful weight changes.

Compensation is read from the study's own description and may be missing — always confirm with the study team.
