Eligibility

Who can join

  • You have or will get an Impulse Dynamics CCM device, such as CCM or CCM-D when available, as decided by the study team.
  • You are willing and able to give informed consent, which means agreeing after learning about the study. This includes letting your data be used for research.

Who can't join

  • The study team decides you do not follow your care plan, such as taking medicines or attending follow-up visits.
  • You have a mechanical tricuspid valve, an artificial valve on the right side of your heart.

Inclusion Criteria: * Patients who have /will be implanted with Impulse Dynamics CCM technologies (e.g. CCM or CCM-D when available) as determined by investigators * Willing and able to provide informed consent, including for use of data for research purposes (e.g. publication, sub-studies/sub-analyses) Exclusion Criteria: * Noncompliant patients (e.g. for follow-up visits, medication, etc.) as determined by investigators. * Subjects with a mechanical tricuspid valve
