No one can promise a trial will help you personally — that is what the research is trying to find out.
What participation involves
Not stated in the study description — ask the study team about visits and procedures.
- Compensation
- Not stated
- Study-related exams and procedures are typically provided at no cost. This is how many trials work in general — confirm the details for this study with the study team.
- Participants are monitored closely by the research team throughout the study.

- Your participation helps researchers learn whether this approach could help future patients.
About this study
In plain language
This small study will test whether a 12-week chair yoga program is practical and acceptable for 20 people with heart failure who are age 55 or older. The program aims to improve thinking skills. The study team will use patient feedback to improve the program.
The investigators will conduct a two-phase pilot study to test the feasibility and acceptability of a 12-week Chair Yoga intervention for 20 heart-failure patients. Using a patient-centered approach, investigators will involve stakeholders in designing the protocol, gather patient feedback, and refine the protocol accordingly.
Compensation is read from the study's own description and may be missing — always confirm with the study team.
