About this study

In plain language

This study tests how safe a second-generation travoprost implant placed inside the eye is and how well it works. It is for people with high eye pressure or open-angle glaucoma, a disease that can damage the nerve used for sight.

Compensation is read from the study's own description and may be missing — always confirm with the study team.

Eligibility

Who can join

  • The eye being studied has ocular hypertension (high eye pressure) or open-angle glaucoma.

Who can't join

  • The eye being studied had glaucoma surgery that involved a cut in the eye.
  • The eye being studied had argon laser trabeculoplasty (ALT), a laser treatment to lower eye pressure.
  • The eye being studied had minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS), which uses small cuts or tiny tools.

Simplified for readability. The official criteria below are what the study team uses.
