No one can promise a trial will help you personally — that is what the research is trying to find out.

What participation involves

Not stated in the study description — ask the study team about visits and procedures.

Compensation

  • Some participants may receive access to an investigational treatment, which is still being studied.
  • Your participation helps researchers learn whether this approach could help future patients.

About this study

In plain language

This study tests whether a food kit tailored to each pregnant person is practical to use and helps improve diet, pregnancy, and birth outcomes. It compares the food kit with usual pregnancy care. It is for people ages 18–45 who are 7–12 weeks pregnant with one baby in the Dallas-Fort Worth or College Station area.

This is a randomized controlled trial to assess whether a personalized food kit to pregnant women is feasible, improves diet quality, and enhances pregnancy and birth outcomes compared to standard prenatal care.

Compensation is read from the study's own description and may be missing — always confirm with the study team.
