About this study

In plain language

This study looks at giving iDose TR, a small implant that releases the drug travoprost inside the eye, during surgery in a doctor's office. It is for people with open-angle glaucoma, a disease that damages the eye's main nerve, or ocular hypertension, which means high pressure in the eye.

Clinical in-use observational trial to evaluate the administration of iDose TR (travoprost intracameral implant) in an office-based surgery setting.

Compensation is read from the study's own description and may be missing — always confirm with the study team.

Eligibility

Who can join

  • Have open-angle glaucoma or high pressure in the eye.

Who can't join

  • Have already received iDose TR or an experimental implant inside the eye being studied.
  • Have an active eye infection or inflammation (swelling or irritation).
  • Have a history of an allergic reaction to travoprost or materials in the implant.
  • Have had recent eye surgery.
  • Have a disease affecting the body that is not under control.
  • Have any condition that makes placing the implant unsafe.

Simplified for readability. The official criteria below are what the study team uses.
