What to expect

No one can promise a trial will help you personally — that is what the research is trying to find out.

What participation involves

Not stated in the study description — ask the study team about visits and procedures.

Compensation

About this study

In plain language

This study tests how well macupatide plus eloralintide helps adults with obesity or overweight lose weight and how safe it is. It compares the treatment with a placebo, a treatment with no active drug, in people without type 2 diabetes. The study lasts about 64 weeks.

The main purpose of this study, performed under the master protocol W8M-MC-CWMM (NCT06143956), is to examine the body weight-lowering efficacy and safety of macupatide plus eloralintide compared with placebo in participants with obesity or overweight and without type 2 diabetes. Participation will last about 64 weeks.

Compensation is read from the study's own description and may be missing — always confirm with the study team.
