About this study
In plain language
This study checks the safety and function of a new aortic heart valve placed inside a failed replacement valve. It is for people who need a repeat TAVR, a procedure that replaces the valve using a thin tube.
The purpose of this study is to generate clinical evidence on valve safety and performance in subjects treated by redo Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR).

Eligibility
Who can join
- Have a failed Medtronic or Edwards heart valve placed by TAVR and need another TAVR procedure.
Who can't join
- The valve failed only because blood leaks around it.
- Have an active infection of the heart’s inner lining or valves.
- Have a new blood clot on the valve that has not been treated.
- Are expected to live less than 1 year.
- Are below the legal age to consent, cannot legally consent, or are otherwise considered vulnerable.
- Are in another study that may affect this study’s results.

Official eligibility criteria
Inclusion Criteria: * BVF of a TAV (either Medtronic or Edwards) requiring redo TAVR Exclusion Criteria: * BVF due solely to paravalvular regurgitation * Active endocarditis * Untreated acute valve thrombosis * Life-expectancy less than 1-year * Subject is less than legal age of consent, legally incompetent, or otherwise vulnerable * Participating in another study that may influence the outcome of this study
